Illuminati Inc is not responsible if a customer uses a product in an unauthorized or unsafe manner. Our products are meant to be used in a responsible manner, we are not responsible if a customer neglects or misuses our products.
Lasers are a class III device:
As such they should never be pionted in the eyes, or used in a manner that might cause harm to people or animals. Nor should they be given to anyone under the age of 18 years of age, check your local laws.
Glowsticks:
Are chemicals that will stain clothing if the capsules are opened or leaking. If your skin touches the chemicals it is nontoxic. Do not rub your eyes or ingest the liquid under any circumstances, it does contain a small amount of glass. Any leaking or defective lightsticks should be disposed of promptly. Glowsticks should never be given to children under the age of 5 years of age. All glowsticks are best used with adult supervision.
LED and Flashing Illuminations should not be used near those people suffering from epilepsy, since they might be affected. If you have any concerns over headaches and dizziness when seeing lights in motion please contact your doctor.
Battery Powered Illuminations are not waterproof, as such they should not be used near liquids or underwater unless strictly noted as waterproof or water resistant. Using a battery power device underwater runs a high risk of damage and potential injury to yourself.
ILLUMINATI Inc. is not responsible for replacement of jewelry damaged by misuse, improper care, or materials for your piercing. We do not replace jewelry stripped or cracked by over-tightening. Also, threaded balls on all jewelry should be checked often to make sure they have not come loose.
